Lately, I have been traveling light, leaving the house with just my iPhone. There is a certain bliss to being so minimal. I’m not thinking about cameras, lenses, and f stops. I become more concerned with composing, then sharing the moment instantly. This was shot on a Instagram photo walk last week, where I shot mostly with my phone. But on this day, I happen to leave the house with my 5D and fixed 35mm (love this lens btw). Think I’m going to make this a new habit! It was supposed to rain the day of the walk, hence the umbrella. We didn’t need it, but it turned out to be a great prop!
